100 Days of Sweat 

Health and fitness are always something at the top of my mind. There are so many positive reasons to not only eat healthy but to workout regularly. I have also been fairly consistent with working out but I could always use improvement. 

I have decided to try and push myself to complete 100 days of sweat. Now given that we are in lock-down this will be a lot of at home workouts and hikes around the area. 

The what; I am going to be recording every since day. The videos will be very short just saying the day and hopefully it's been obvious that I just finished a workout. 

My goal; my goal is to be consistent and push myself to reach new heights. I have always loved working out and am excited to embark on something challenging. 100 days is no joke, hopefully by the end I have created new habits and am feeling better. 

To couple with this I will be consuming a minimum of a liter of water a day with the the goal of 2 liters. I will also try to be more consistent with my meals so that there is more beneficial habits being created. I'll share more as I start my journey.
